Service Description
Family moments deserve more than snapshots — they deserve storytelling. My Family Photography sessions are designed to capture the laughter, love, and real connection that make your family unique. Each session includes professional posing guidance blended with natural candid moments, ensuring everyone feels comfortable and authentic. You’ll receive a curated gallery of beautifully edited, high-resolution images that are perfect for prints, holiday cards, and keepsakes. What’s Included: 40+ professionally edited and retouched images Up to 60 minutes of shooting time Location flexibility (outdoors or in-home) Personal-use license for all delivered images Optional pets welcome All photos are color-corrected, lightly retouched, and artistically finished — no heavy alterations or body modifications. Sessions are secured with a 50% retainer, refundable up to 7 business days before your scheduled date.
Cancellation Policy
Freddy Ray LLC – Booking Policy Hearts and smiles. The Freddy Ray Way. Retainer & Payment A 50% retainer is required to secure all bookings. The retainer is applied toward your total balance and is refundable up to 7 business days prior to your scheduled session (unless booked within 7 days of the event, in which case it is non-refundable). The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the session. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations or reschedules made at least 7 business days in advance may be eligible for refund or credit toward a future session. Cancellations within 7 business days forfeit the retainer. If weather or unforeseen circumstances arise, sessions may be rescheduled at the photographer’s discretion. Editing & Retouching All images are edited and lightly retouched for color, tone, and composition to match the artistic style of Freddy Ray Photography. Body or facial alterations are not performed beyond standard retouching (skin tone, blemish removal, etc.) unless agreed to in writing prior to editing. Turnaround & Delivery Standard turnaround time is within 5–10 business days unless otherwise stated in your Statement of Work. Final, high-resolution images are delivered via secure online gallery. Licensing & Usage Clients receive full personal-use rights to all delivered images. Freddy Ray LLC retains the right to use select images for portfolio, marketing, social media, and promotional use. Commercial or resale use by the client requires written authorization. Client Responsibility The client is responsible for obtaining necessary permits, permissions, or venue clearances for photography. Please arrive on time; delays may shorten the session.
